Our Showroom Clearance Displays are sold in their As-Is condition, are Final Sale, and do not include any showroom or manufacturer warranties (due to their previously installed condition/ownership). If any light bulbs are installed in the fixture at the time, they will be sold with the item without additional charge; light bulbs are normally not included with manufacturer fixtures. Replacement glass, chain,and parts are available for purchase.

Clearance Displays are available for either Free Local Pickup in our Showroom at 4335 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28205 or will ship for a flat rate (clearance displays are excluded from our free shipping over $100 promotion). Our Clearance Display Flat Rates are determined by the size of the fixture’s longest side: Small is under 24″ and ships for $50, Medium is 24-38″ and ships for $75, Large is 39″ or more and ships for $100. Subject to change. Items do not ship in or with any original packaging; instruction manuals may not be included but can be found online if needed. *Although we aim not to cut wiring, there is a chance that the wire has been cut and/or extra chain/down-rod isn’t included; if you need to confirm the available wire length, please call. We do offer rewire services and will be happy to rewire our displays to your desired length, and get additional chain/down-rods, if necessary, too! Rewires start at $65 + parts.
